Stopped at a local produce auction to get a few shots and came across this pair of hand painted beauties. I was rather impressed with the time someone took to paint these and the pair sold for under thirty dollars,which was a deal in my opinion.

They are incredible. Really amazing artwork. I’m assuming the Pumpkins have been preserved somehow so they won’t go rotten and burst?
Actually tracked down the artist today. She uses the white variety cause they are harder and last a while. She actually has a few from last year that are still fine. Unfortunately her crop this year rotted in the field,so she has no canvas to do more.
I’d never heard of white pumpkins before so that’s something new. It sucks to hear she has no canvas this year! Hopefully next years will be a great harvest.
Yes I hope so too.
