This is what rush hour looks like in rural Lancaster county.Pa
These two photos illustrate why you should shoot something when the time is right. The top photo was taken about five days before the bottom and I knew I had a shot I was happy with,so I fooled around returning for several days only to find all the heads were pointing down. We had some warm weather but I have no idea if that’s what caused the tilt or not. Both were taken from my truck roof.
This was taken in my hometown at the park.I was heading out the exit after shooting fog in the valley and as I headed up the hill I was taken aback by the strong rays shining through the pines. I got out and started looking for the best angle and depending where you stood the effect was strong or barely noticeable. The other thing was it only lasted about five minutes and thankfully I was in the right spot to see it unfold.
