Never had it and never will. that and scrapple are low on my wish list. I wonder if pig stomach is eaten anywhere but here?
My father liked scrapple sometimes, said it tasted like spicy sausage. I’m sure the stomach is used somewhere. Not every culture wastes the way we do.
Pig stomach around here is nothing more than sausage and sliced up potatoes made in the skin from the stomach. It sounds gross but it is very good and the skin just holds the food,although I know many who eat that also.
