This is the third rainbow image from a recent storm.Not sure what conditions create a double rainbow but it always seems to be lighter than the main one.

Twin rainbows! I found one recently too, though the sun was hiding behind the clouds, so the rainbows were fainter than the ones you captured 🙂 (http://krithya.wordpress.com/2014/08/07/twin-rainbow/) The dark clouds seem like the perfect canvas….beautiful capture.

Look how they frame that barn. Did you notice that. How long do they remain in the sky. The only time I see rainbows is when we are driving on the freeway. Thanks for this shot.
