Corn harvesting is in full swing in Lancaster county and I was lucky enough to get this image with one of my all time favorite farm vistas in the background.

Beautiful farm landscape. It is hard to get a good picture of a plow. Usually they are too far away.
that is not a plow though. the machine cuts the corn and conveys it to a wagon
Working the land means giving to the land as well as taking. It is a rhythm–humans and landscape. Thank you–your photo inspired my thoughts. 🙂
