I should have just deleted this shot because it is so grainy from being shot in extreme conditions but it did amaze me how much dynamic range was able to be captured in one exposure from bright sun to black clothing.

Have no clue, what you mean by “grainy”, looks perfect to me. Especially like the tall corn and of course the sunset. How bout checking with us before you delete anything!?
Actually noisy. it happens when you shoot at too high an iso and your pushing the limits of your sensor. in the old days you used a fast film like iso 1000 and you would get a more gritty looking photo from the fast film. I can send you all my rejects
